Being in the moment is the most important thing in human endeavour. We are continuously bombarded with huge information and we cannot stay away from it. Mindfulness helps us to process this information accurately and efficiently. Mindfulness can be seen as a key concept towards solitude in life. It helps us to unite with our body and mind. The application of mindfulness can be seen in every domain of life and employees can also get benefitted from practicing mindfulness in their work life. Various studies showed the importance of practicing mindfulness during the COVID-19 pandemic and highlighted its role in reducing various negative outcomes associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. The present review based on the study during and after the COVID-19 pandemic and tries to synthesize these studies which emphasizes the role of mindfulness in job attitude and behaviour. The findings of the review suggest that mindfulness can be remarkably crucial in managing employees' behaviour and attitude. It reduces various negative impacts associated with COVID-19 and helped employees to be involved in the jobs and overcome different problems faced during the pandemic. These studies indicate that mindfulness practice can enhance employees' productivity. It has also been found that Mindfulness-based intervention helps employees to come back to the normal life in times of crisis.
