Abstract:

With its all-encompassing approach, the education system aims to bring about social reformation and restore India's status as a global icon, as it was during the Nalanda and Takshashila eras. We need to understand the five Kosha, or the five sheaths of human bodies, in order to install values in society. According to the Upanishads, our human nature, or prakriti, is comprised of five different dimensions. Without properly taking into account of Sukshama-sharir, it is very difficult to attain a complete cognitive physical and social well-being. The Panch-Kosha, or five sheaths, make up the human being as an individual. Sthula-sharira or Anamaya kosha are the names given to the external body or physical entity, deals with importance of nutrition and the motor development. The next sheath is entitled with Prana-maya Kosh which is related with our Prana-shakti, the source of energy for our whole entity. Mano maya Kosha is the sheath associated with our Bunch of thoughts and behaviours related to Manna, relates with mental wellness. Vijnanamaya Kosha is a sheath associated with wisdom. The result of our Ananda maya kosha is the state of bliss. The majority of our endeavours, workouts, and activities are restricted to physical entities, which leads to a limited output. We should focus more on Sukshama-sharir-related endeavours in addition to physical entities if we wish to deliver a genuine education with the highest standards of quality and values. Only then we will be able to establish a strong worldwide presence. The current paper seeks to achieve the following goals:

1. To be aware of Panch Kosha

2. To locate role of Panch Kosha in complete well-being
