Meditation: An inner journey towards mental physical and spiritual well-being

Abstract:

In the current environment, when negativity is prevalent, meditation is a means of finding inner calm. It makes it easier for people to grow spiritually, financially, or in terms of health. It is well known that mental and physical health are intertwined; mental well-being considerably lowers the risk of physical illnesses. Failures in life frequently lead to negative features that impair mental and physical health, including anxiety, despair, mood swings, stress, and a variety of mental diseases. The optimum time to plant the seeds of success is during the season of failure, according to Paramahansa Yogananda (1). By practicing meditation, one can easily overcome all of these difficulties and prevent them from happening again. One might use meditation to cure themselves and progressively arrive at a level of blissful state. Meditation is one method of establishing a solid set of values. A real meditator can never be enthralled by the attraction of material belongings from the outside world, particularly those obtained unethically. Unconditional love and unconditional help are the cornerstones of meditation that support a nation's social well-being. The best method to fortify a whole nation is to cultivate a meditator in every home.
